One of the more tedious tasks of finishing a space is adding all the pipes and wire throughout a space to help give it that lived-in feel. I saw a few Unreal Blueprints online and figured it would be a useful tool to have plus if I built the BP myself I could learn more about how the Blueprint system work.
The BP allows you to define a wire/pipe, cap, and junction mesh and override their materials along with setting the scale and rotation of each mesh type. The BP tries to keep each mesh from being stretched or squished as much as possible without having to manually manage the number of control points like you have to with spline actors. The BP is great for pipes and wires but can also be used to lay down things like catwalks, fences, roads, and retaining walls.
